Health Checks
Every member is invited for a free Health Check.
We recommend you undertake the test every 6-8 weeks to see how your training is helping you to progress.
It will take around 10 minutes and should be done prior to physical activity, following the other guidelines below will also assist accurate test results.

You results will be recorded and explained to you. Further advice is available from the gym trainer on how to reach your specific aims.
Pre Test Requirements
1. Loose fitting sports clothing and bare feet.
2. No strenuous exercise 12 hours prior.
3. No smoking 4 hours prior.
4. No alcohol 24 hours prior.
5. No caffeine or other diuretics 12 hours prior.
6. Subjects should be relaxed and as calm as possible.
7. You should be well hydrated.
Group Inductions
All members are welcome to join the group induction. It is suitable for all levels of gym user or a great refresher.
It is full of key facts and important training principles that will lay the foundation for successful training.

Individual Fitness Plans
All members are welcome to book for an individual fitness plan. A short consultation will allow a specific plan to be produced, just for you. A fully qualified trainer will then guide you through the routine.
This will provide you with the correct techniques and important training principles that will lay the foundation for productive, enjoyable training.
